Dr. Tom Luthy is the teacher of the Young Adult 3 Sunday School Class.  Dr. Luthy has served over 40 years in Education.  He retired in 2000 from the Lebanon R-III School District.  Although he continues to work in post secondary education by serving as a college professor for both Drury and Missouri State Universities. 

Dr. Luthy is married to Judy and has three grown children. As a Christian and member of First Baptist Church he serves the Lord in various capacities to include being a Sunday School Teacher and Deacon. 

Dr. Luthy conveys the weekly Sunday School Lesson through practical application of the Scriptures to experiences from everyday life.  A favorite Bible verse of his is Matthew 6:33..."Seek ye first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these things will be added unto you".  His prayer is that each one of us would remain faithful to the Gospel of Christ.  He looks forward to seeing you soon in class.
